The Firm focuses on providing Audit and Assurance, Tax and Business Advisory services and has organized itself into different Strategic Business Units (SBU) on the service lines. Each unit is headed by a Partner who provides the necessary leadership and guidance to his/her SBU within overall policy framework of the Firm. While each SBU renders services across several industry groups, an opportunity to specialize in specific industry group is built into the Firms structure. This structure has helped the Firm and its partners to keep abreast of the developments in each industry group and also focus on clients within that group.
